  Enjoy an exquisite six-course menu in the luxurious gondola at the Schönjochbahn gondola in Fiss. Open daily in the summer. After an aperitif and the starter course at Restaurant BergDiamant, step into the luxurious gondola and enjoy soup, a hot starter and the main course. Enjoy the fabulous panoramic view undisturbed. Afterward, a sweet dessert awaits you at Restaurant BergDiamant.

Culinary Tyrolean cuisine at its finest, 2,600 m above sea level amidst the magical mountain landscape. If you are seeking culinary delights at a whole new level, this is the address. The exterior is made from mirrored glass, meaning that no one can peek in from the outside. Inside the Crystal Cube offers a fantastic 360-degree panorama view.

Sunrise Ride with Mountain Breakfast

Take a leisurely early morning ride to 2,440 m above sea level in the Schönjoch gondola. From here start a guided hike if you like. Experience an impressive and unforgettable sunrise at over 2,500 m! This is followed by a hearty mountain breakfast with panoramic view at Restaurant BergDiamant.

EXERCISE and ENJOYMENT with CULINARY DELIGHTS

This is the motto of the culinary hike in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. You can decide the hiking route as well as the refreshment stops yourself.

A regional four-course surprise menu will be prepared for you in three different restaurants. Decide in which restaurants you would like to have the aperitif and starter, where the soup and main course should be served, and where you would like to enjoy the delicious dessert.

You can choose from the Möseralm Mountain Restaurant, the Leithe Wirt Restaurant, the Restaurant Seealm Hög, the Panoramic Restaurant BergDiamant, the Lassida Restaurant or the Schöngampalm Restaurant.

Important:

• Begin your Culinary Hike no later than 11:00 a.m. All restaurants are open until 4:30 p.m.
• You should allow a whole day for this hike. General hiking equipment is required. Requests for the menu possible.

Reserve your exclusive barbecue pit directly up at the charming Schöngampalm at the Almbahn valley station. The smouldering coal await with the perfect barbecue temperature. Roll up your sleeves and start grilling your specialities out in the fresh air with your loved ones. Enjoy your dinner amidst nature with your friends and family in this stunning alpine setting. 

What is waiting for you?

Special barbecue area with seating, pre-heated charcoal barbecue, crockery and cutlery. All of the selected food items are portioned out, seasoned and ready to barbecue. We can serve drinks and other barbecue items; drinks are not included in the price.

Lay back in the midst of nature and enjoy a relaxing picnic featuring our regional products.

A rucksack filled to the brim with home-made and regional specialities (locally produced bacon, cured venison sausage, air-dried and salted beef, mountain cheese, alpine butter, pickled vegetables, spreads, chasseur sausage, farmhouse bread and a drink of your choice). And a thermal blanket to spread out and cosy up at your favourite location.
